Triangle Area, Charlotte and Charleston areas: Centralized Showing Service (CSS) Appointment
Center. An agent or broker who would like to show your home to a
renter will call into the system and verify his or her identity with an
individual password and showing code. CSS will then contact you
directly to confirm your approval of a time frame in which the renter is available. You will be able to establish guidelines for CSS to
contact you, leave a courtesy message, coordinate showings, and even
provide special instructions for renters while they are in your home.
